How to Use: Ideal for making idli, dosa, and other fermented rice cakes.
Rinse the rice thoroughly.
Soak overnight along with urad dal (black gram).
Grind into a smooth batter.
Allow the batter to ferment for 8-12 hours.
Pour the batter into idli molds and steam for 10-15 minutes.
